Ann has 30 years years of experience in property management. Eight of those years were with Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. as an Area Property Manager, overseeing more than two hundred (200) locations. For the past twenty+ years, she has been part of the Liberty Universal Management Team. Ann has focused specifically on retail property management. Her primary role includes all aspects of asset management and improvements to the properties under her care. She is well respected by her peers, owners, and developers in the Central Florida region and has taken the lead role in expanding this component of Liberty Universal Management.
