Liberty Universal Management, Inc. would like to announce the sale of Westgate Plaza and Crescent City Plaza. Connor O’Neill, with Liberty Universal Management, Inc., represented the Seller. Westgate Plaza is located at 3210 Crill Avenue in Palatka, Florida and is a 40,200 SF neighborhood center anchored by Save-A-Lot. Crescent City Plaza is a 47,000 SF shopping center anchored by Save-A-Lot and Family Dollar and it is located at 925 North Summit Street, Crescent City, Florida.  These two properties sold collectively for $3,510,000.
