Liberty Universal Management Takes On Leasing And Management Duties At Three Florida Centers

Liberty Universal Management, Inc., has begun leasing and property-managing responsibilities for three centers in Florida: Bear Lake Shoppes, Maguire Groves and Shoppes of Maitland.

Bear Lake Shoppes, a 20,164-square-foot center, is located on the corner of Bear Lake Road and State Road 436 in Apopka and is home to Starbucks, CareSpot Express Healthcare, The Original Mattress Factory, and other specialty retailers.

Maguire Groves, a 29,437-square-foot center, is located on the corner of Maguire and Roberson roads in Ocoee. The center is adjacent to Publix and home to a number of specialty retailers.

Shoppes of Maitland, a 20,245-square-foot, two-story office and retail center, is located on Orlando Avenue in Maitland. The center is 100 percent leased with Liberty leasing more than 9,000 square feet in the past 60 days.
