Liberty Universal Management, Inc. Announces Renovation of Corner Commons in Winter Park

Corner Commons, located on the intersection of Orlando and Minnesota Avenues, is undergoing a $1.8 million dollar renovation and will soon be home to Square 1 Burgers & Bar, a premier gourmet burger restaurant & bar, with nine locations throughout west central Florida. Square 1 Burger & Bar is known for creating a fun atmosphere and features quality Angus, Buffalo, Kobe, Chicken, Turkey, Lamb, Portobello Mushroom, and Vegan burgers. Square One also uses locally-farmed vegetables in their fresh-made salads.
Corner Commons, former Blake's Corner, is being redeveloped by local entrepreneur and developer, Andre Raab, and marketed by Liberty Universal Management, Inc. Other tenants to be announced shortly, and prime space for lease is still available.
